Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age of the subjects was within the corresponding range: young group (18-35 years old), mature group (36-45 years old), middle-aged group (46-55 years old), middle-and-old-aged group (56-65 years old), elderly group (66-80 years old) and senior group (=81 years old); 2) The subjects have no organic diseases of the central nervous system or central nervous symptoms, such as dizziness, loss of smell, loss of taste, cognitive impairment, etc.; 3) The subjects have no neuropsychiatric syndrome, such as impaired attention, concentration, memory, information processing speed and executive function, or neuropsychiatric symptoms such as depression, anxiety and sleep disorders; 4) The clinical data or laboratory data of the subject are complete; 5) The subject himself or his guardian/legal representative voluntarily cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) After admission, the examination of the subjects indicated serious systemic diseases, such as hypertension (grade 2-3), diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, rheumatological and immunological diseases, etc., or were in the active stage of acute or chronic infectious diseases; 2) The subjects had severe organic diseases of the central nervous system, such as intracranial tumors, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc.; 3) The subject is or has been suffering from mental illness, such as depression, schizophrenia, etc.; 4) The subjects have a history of craniocerebral surgery; 5) The subject has a history of malignant tumors; 6) The subject is pregnant or breastfeeding.
