Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After appendectomy and pathological diagnosis of appendicitis; 2. Age 4-15 years old; 3. The clinical data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant pneumonia; 2. Inflammatory diseases such as urinary tract infections and tuberculosis; 3. Consumptive diseases such as tumors; 4. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 5. Merge with other underlying diseases; 6. History of cognitive or language disorders and neurological damage; 7. Self administration of antibiotics before admission; 8. Hematopoietic disorders, hematological and endocrine disorders
