25 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with suspected prostate cancer having a PSA > 4.0 ng/mL. 2.Detection of a harder nodule in digital rectal examination. 3.Abnormal imaging findings with a PI-RADS score > 2. 4.Complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia. 2.Repeat transrectal biopsy. 3.Coexisting cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction. 4.Severe bleeding tendency. 5.Poor control of underlying diseases such as hypertension or diabetes. 6.Missing or incomplete data. 7.Errors in clinical procedures leading to misdiagnosis.
