20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =20 years old; 2. natural conception, singleton; 3. 32 weeks 0 days to 36 weeks 6 days of pregnancy; 4. normal breast development and willingness to breastfeed; 5. basic reading and writing ability, normal cognition, and able to complete the questionnaire independently; 6. informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.contraindications to breastfeeding (tuberculosis, hepatitis, drug abuse, etc.); 2.severe underlying diseases (hypertension, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe anemia, etc.) before pregnancy; 3.history of severe mental illness, diagnosis of major depression requiring clinical treatment; 4.history of breast surgery or nipple inversion or deformity unable to breast-feed; 5. medication during pregnancy that may inhibit postpartum lactation (bromocriptine mesylate).
