Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the conditions for admission to ICU and are admitted to ICU wards; 2. Age= 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who died within 24 hours of admission; 2. Those who cannot cooperate with the completion of bedside Doppler ultrasonography; 3. Those who cannot undergo radial artery catheterization; 4. Those who give up active treatment during hospitalization.
