Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: women who were diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody positive recurrent pregnancy loss and treated with aspirin in Fujian Maternity and Child Health Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: women with a definitive diagnosis of anatomic genital anomalies via gynecologic examination, ultrasound, or hysterosalpingography 2: couples or embryos with chromosomal abnormalities 3: women with a history of taking teratogenic drugs during early pregnancy 4: women with a history of gastrointestinal surgery, severe digestive diseases, or hepatic or renal insufficiency 5: women with a history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, malignancy, or hematologic or immune disorders 6: women with a pathogenic microbial infection in the genital tract
