Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a clinical diagnosis of kidney cancer who met the following criteria: (1) Patients of both sexes, aged 18-80 years old, signed informed consent voluntarily; (2) Patients who received partial nephrectomy or radical nephrectomy as the first line treatment and were diagnosed as renal clear cell carcinoma by pathological examination of surgical specimens; (3) The amount of tumor tissue and adjacent normal kidney tissue were more than 300mg without affecting the pathological examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; (2) Patients with metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, etc.
