Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cataract and corneal astigmatism =1.5D. 2) Willing to insert an astigmatism intraocular lens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with ocular complications such as corneal disease, scleritis, and a history of preoperative ocular surgery. 2) Patients with significant risk factors for lens deviation, such as abnormal axial length, abnormal shape of the eyeball, etc., are excluded. 3) Patients who were unable to undergo postoperative follow-up as required by the study were excluded to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data.
