Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with the clinical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis; Clinical diagnosis: (1) Knee pain occurred most of the last month; (2) Age> 38 years old; (3) abnormal joint noise; (4) morning stiffness; (5) bone hyperplasia; The presence of 1+2+3+4 or 1+3+4+5 or 1+5 is diagnostic of knee osteoarthritis 2. Consistent with the Lawrence grade of imaging diagnosis at grade 1-3. (Assessed by the Kellgren-Lawrence grading system, with a grade of 0 representing no pathological findings; grade 1 is suspicious bone hyperplasia; Grade 2 is definite bone hyperplasia; Grade 3 is definite joint space stenosis; Grade 4 is late joint space stenosis. ) 3. Primary unilateral knee osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis fall screening tool (KOAF) score less than or equal to 1; 4. Be aware and able to communicate normally; 5. The patient agrees to be informed and willing to cooperate with the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have received physical therapy for knee arthritis within the past six months; 2) Patients with severe lower limb venous thrombosis; 3) Combined with other conditions such as infectious arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ligament tear, fracture, etc; 4) Individuals at high risk, such as those with severe hypertension, pregnant or lactating women, and other vulnerable populations; 5) Patients who have previously undergone surgical procedures on the lower limbs; 6) Individuals with significant warning signs of underlying systemic or visceral diseases, including inflammatory conditions, malignancies, unexplained weight loss, infections, or recent trauma.
