Bupivacaine liposome group:Ultrasound-guided injection of bupivacaine liposome 266 mg (20 ml) into the fascia iliac cavity

Bupivacaine group:0.5% Bupivacaine Hydrochloride 20 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? After diagnosis, unilateral total hip replacement is scheduled for elective surgery. ? Age is greater than or equal to 65 years old, gender is not limited; ? Weight: 45-80kg; ? ASA classification I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Diabetes; ? Rheumatoid arthritis; ? Patients with coagulation dysfunction and systemic heparinization; ? Central nervous system diseases: such as poliomyelitis, cerebrospinal meningitis, etc.; ? Allergy to local anesthetics and fat emulsions; ? Patients who have participated in clinical trials of other investigational drugs in the past four weeks; ? Patients with severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function.
