Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, 37-42 weeks of gestation, single pregnancy of primipara, age > 18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refused. 2. Known allergy to lidocaine, ropivacaine and other local anesthesia drugs or other drugs in this test. 3.. Abnormal platelet or clotting function, abnormal liver or kidney function; 4. Previous cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous or psychiatric diseases; 5. Skin and soft tissue infection at the puncture site, or trauma, fracture, surgical history, lumbar disc herniation at the puncture site; 6. There are factors such as head basin imbalance, giant baby, twin pregnancy; 7. Participants deemed unsuitable for clinical trials by the investigators.
