Inclusion criteria

Patients and their families know the content of this experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with combined consciousness disorder who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment, (2) Patients with combined visual and hearing impairment that may interfere with evaluation and treatment, ? Patients with speech disorder before the onset of the disease or with severe dysarthria, ? Unable to cooperate with treatment due to epilepsy or other diseases, ? Speech disorders caused by other neurodegenerative diseases, such as dementia and Parkinson's disease, ? With malignant hypertension, ? Patients with malignant tumors, Patients with severe systemic diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases that cannot be controlled by conventional drugs have been found through laboratory tests and examinations. ? Patients with other test abnormalities determined by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study, ? Metal foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices in the body, ?
