Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus: fasting blood glucose >= 7.0mmol/L or OGTT2 hour blood glucose =11.1mmol/L or HbA1C >= 6.5%; 2. Aged 60 years and above; 3. Permanent residents in Beijing (annual travel time less than 1 month); 4. Did not take any psychotropic drugs before enrollment; 5. Have a smartphone; 6. Volunteer to participate in the study and fill in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Type 1 diabetes mellitus or secondary diabetes mellitus; 2. Complicated with severe heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and nervous system complications (proliferative retinopathy, nephropathy stage IV or above or creatinine > 2 mg/dl, cardiac function grade III or below, cerebrovascular accident sequelae, diabetic foot grade I or above); 3. Patients with mobility difficulties, confusion and abnormal spirit; 3. Patients suffering from tumor and receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy within half a year; 4. Participating in other similar research projects; 5. Uncooperative.
