Low blood flow rate group:150 mL/min for blood flow
Moderate blood flow rate group:200 mL/min for blood flow
High blood flow rate group:250 mL/min for blood flow

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients receiving CRRT; 2) Aged 18 and above; 3) No anticoagulant is used in the treatment of CRRT; 4) The patient himself or his legal guardian or agent provides informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patints receiving sufficent systemic anti-coagulation for other reasons (for example ECMO); 2) Patients unable to perform CRRT according to the pre-set blood flow rate due to vascular access dysfunciton; 3) Pregnant women.
