Blank control group:0.9% saline 20ml Scalp nerve block(SNB)
0.5% ropivacaine group:0.5% ropivacaine 20ml SNB
1.3% bupivacaine liposome group:1.3% bupivacaine liposome 20ml SNB

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for craniotomy, 2. Aged 18 years or over, 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III, 4. Body mass index (BMI) of 18-28kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgical patients, 2. Patients unable to understand or use NRS, MMSE, LANSS rating scales, 3. Allergy to anesthetics, 4. Glasgow Coma Scale score ?15, 5. History of opioid dependence, coagulation abnormalities, block site infection, pregnancy, and previous craniotomy.
