21 Years to 28 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) being full-time international medical students with more than one year of schooling; (2) not having previously participated in a positive emotional writing intervention; (3) voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have a history of mental illness or psychological treatment within the past 6 months.
