Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting under general anesthesia 2. Age over 18 years old 3. ASA Level II-III 4. Heart function levels II-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anesthetics 2. Local skin infection 3. Glaucoma and thyroid enlargement 4. Incomplete coagulation function 5. Atrioventricular block 6. Recent acute myocardial infarction 7. Contralateral pneumothorax, contralateral lobectomy, or contralateral diaphragmatic paralysis 8. Severe COPD patients
