Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) met the diagnostic criteria for cognitive impairment after stroke in Western medicine and confirmed stroke by head CT or MRI; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM stroke and dementia; (3) It meets the dialectical diagnosis standard of "phlegm, turbidity and enlightenment of traditional Chinese medicine"; (4) Right-handed hand, aged between 30 and 80 years old; (5) MMSE: 17 points for illiterate, 20 points for primary school, 24 points for middle school or above; (6) The MoCA is 20 points; (8) 7 points of TCM syndrome scale; (9) Patients with no complicated hematopoietic diseases, hemorrhagic diseases, diabetes mellitus, no severe infection, heart disease, malignant hypertension, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, or Parkinson's disease; no skin disease, rupture, or infection at the treatment site; (10) The patient's condition is stable, without consciousness disorder or mental symptoms, and he can cooperate with fNIRS examination and acupuncture treatment; (11) Those who meet the medical ethics norms, voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous Alzheimer's disease, history of brain trauma, tumor history or other central nervous system lesions and other diseases affecting cognitive function; (2) Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organs or other major basic diseases that cannot be tolerated; (3) Long-term alcoholism or long-term use of cortical excitability-changing drugs (such as antidepressants, sedatives, etc.); (4) Severe hearing abnormalities, aphasia and other communication disorders, unable to complete the scale assessment or fNIRS examination task.
