PVB-VATS:Paravertebral block(PVB) is performed by the surgeon through video assisted surgery(VATs).
INB-VATS:Intercostal block(INB) is performed by the surgeon through video assisted surgery(VATs)
PVB-US:Paravertebral block (PVB )performed by an anesthesiologist with ultrasound(US) guidance

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female = 18 and = 80 years of age. 2. VATS or RATS with lung resection including wedges, and segmentectomies. 3. Signed consent. 4. Scheduled surgeries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusing to sign the consent form. 2. Patients under any guardianship. 3. All surgeries with pleura intervention: talc, pleurectomy, wall resection. 4. Non trained anesthesiologist to ultrasound TPB. 5. Presence of pain or daily use of painkillers prior to surgery. 6. Medical history of ipsilateral thoracic surgery. 7. Patient refused the approach prior to surgery. 8. Patient receiving neoadjuvant therapy (including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiation therapy) prior to surgery.
