20 Years to 39 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) A history of spontaneous abortion or biochemical pregnancy before 24 weeks of pregnancy for =2 previous pregnancies; 2) The female was less than 40 years old at the time of entry; 3) Be able to understand informed consent and participate in this study voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)One or both spouses have a clear chromosomal karyotype abnormality or single gene disease; 2) Abnormal anatomical structure of the reproductive system: congenital uterine malformation, submucous myoma, uterine adhesiveness and after uterine adhesiveness, or before ovulation endometrial thickness <7mm, hydrosalpinx, endometriosis; 3) Patients with autoimmune diseases, antiphospholipid syndrome, thrombotic disease; 4) Hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and endocrine diseases that are clearly not controlled within the normal range, such as abnormal thyroid function and prolactin; 5) Patients with malignant tumors; 6) Previously received PGT-A assisted pregnancy.
