Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regular hemodialysis =3 months; Age =18 years old; No mental and behavioral abnormalities, able to communicate and communicate normally and cooperate with the completion of data collection; Have a smart phone and be proficient in using apps.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other systemic serious disease or acute onset of chronic disease; Can not take care of themselves; Unable to continue to participate in the study for various reasons; Who voluntarily asked to quit.
