TFP group:Transabdominal fascia block was performed under ultrasound guidance after tracheal intubation
L group:Intravenous injection of lidocaine 1.5mg · kg-1 before induction, followed by pumping 1.5mg · kg-1 · h-1 until the end of the surgery

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects aged 18-65 years old; 2.ASA I-II; 3.18 <= BMI <= 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of mental disorders (schizophrenia, depression, dementia ); 2.Severe liver dysfunction (aspartate transaminase or transaminase or bilirubin>2.5 times the upper limit of normal), renal damage (creatinine clearance rate<60mL/min); 3.With histroy of amide local anesthesia allergy or seizures; 4.With A-S syndrome, wolff-parkinson-white syndrome, and severe heart block (including sinus, atrioventricular, and ventricular blocks); 5.With history of chronic pain, or abnormal pain perception
