Group DNMB:In the DNMB group, after endotracheal intubation, cis-atracurium was pumped and its rate was adjusted to keep the single-stimulus twitch count (PTC) in the range of 1-2 after tetanus stimul
Group MNMB:After endotracheal intubation, the MNMB group began pumping cis-atracurium at the time of the recovery of TOF counts to 2 in four clusters of stimuli, maintaining TOF counts between 1 and 3

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gynecological patients between the ages of 18 and 65 ASA I~II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index (BMI)=35 kg/m2, allergy to rocuronium, cis-atracurium or neostigmine, history of chronic pain, preoperative hyperalgesia, diabetes-induced peripheral neuropathy, history of drug or alcohol abuse,communication problems
