Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic cerebral infarction in Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018; (2) Patients diagnosed with acute ischemic cerebral infarction within 48 hours by head MRI or CT (3) Patients with first onset or no obvious sequelae of previous stroke (mRS=1); (4) those aged between 18 and 90 (including the boundary);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing thrombolysis and interventional therapy; (2) =2 scores from the Modi-Fled Rankin Scale (mRS) before onset (3) substantial cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, subdural hemorrhage or epidural hemorrhage; (3) Patients with severe infection, serious heart, liver and lung diseases, malignant tumors, renal impairment, seizures and pulmonary heart disease; (4) Patients with a history of surgery or trauma within 2 weeks; (5) Serological and imaging data missing and lost to follow-up;
