Saline group:During the operation, after the anterior and posterior gastric wall anastomosis was completed by the surgeon, 10ml of saline was sprayed on the surface of the stomach with a 10ml syringe

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification grades I to III; 2. Female patients aged 18 - 65 years who undergo elective laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy under general anesthesia; 3. The patients gave informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of drug allergy related to this study; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. psychiatric or neurological diseases; 4. Communication difficulties; 5. Pre-use of antiemetics, opioids or glucocorticoids; 6. Suffer from gastroesophageal reflux disease; 7. Obese patients with severe heart, respiratory, kidney or liver disease.
