Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with pulmonary function tests for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2) Residing in Changsha for the next two years and able to comply with the program requirements and attend the visits; 3) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Those with speech and hearing impairment, communication difficulties, lack of comprehension to cooperate with this study and unable to complete the survey; 2) Those who may not be able to complete this trial for other reasons or those who should not be included in the opinion of the researcher.
