Post-meal exercise group:Start exercising 0-90 minutes after meals

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Overweight and obese (BMI = 24 kg/m2) population; 2) Male body fat percentage = 19.7%, female body fat percentage = 24.2%; 3) 18-35 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with severe organic lesions in the heart, liver, kidneys, blood system, or chronic diseases; 2) Taking drugs that affect weight, blood sugar, blood lipids, and other indicators; 3) Pregnant women; 4) Unable to conduct physical function tests and answer questionnaire questions correctly; 5) Unable to follow the experimental procedure; 6) Individuals who are allergic to the ingredients of the tested product; 7) Refusing to sign the informed consent form.
