Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? PD patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease (diagnostic criteria refer to China's Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease (2016 edition) and Consensus Diagnostic Criteria for TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease (2021 edition)); ? Age 50-80 years old; (3) According to the revised Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) grading scale, H-Y grades 1-4; ? Volunteer to participate in this clinical trial and sign the patient's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Accompanied by major diseases, such as severe organ dysfunction, mental and neurological diseases, tumor encephalitis, etc.; ? Allergic; ? There has been traditional Chinese medicine treatment for PD symptoms, but the interval between the last medication and this visit is less than three months; ?
