Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary lesion of the colon and rectum is located on the left side, and the histopathological diagnosis is adenocarcinoma; 2. The preoperative clinical staging is T1-4, N0-3, M0 (AJCC-8th);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary colorectal cancer located in the right colon (the proximal colon from the cecum to two-thirds of the transverse colon); 2. Patients without KRAS, NRAS, and BRAF gene status information;
