Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Biopsy pathology confirmed invasive breast adenocarcinoma ; ( 2 ) Consistent with the inclusion criteria of neoadjuvant therapy, that is, pre-treatment imaging evaluation of locally advanced breast cancer ( cT3-4 and / or N + ) without distant metastasis, with a complete neoadjuvant treatment cycle and standardized process, and complete clinical diagnosis and treatment information ; ( 3 ) Surgical resection and axillary lymph node dissection after neoadjuvant therapy ; ( 4 ) Multi-sequence and multi-parameter MRI images at two time points before neoadjuvant therapy ( baseline ) and early stage of neoadjuvant therapy ( after 2 cycles ) ; ( 5 ) Multi-parameter MRI images were clear without obvious artifacts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients who did not undergo a complete neoadjuvant treatment cycle or did not undergo surgical resection ; ( 2 ) Patients with missing or incomplete clinical information, baseline and post-treatment sequential MRI images, and biopsy pathological data ; ( 3 ) poor quality of multi-parameter MRI images ; ( 4 ) No axillary lymph node dissection was performed.
