Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children Group: Inclusion Criteria: ?Ages between 6 to 18 years old, with bilateral cochlear implants or unilateral cochlear implant plus long-term use of a hearing aid on the opposite side, with more than 6 months of cochlear implant use ?Mandarin as the native language ?Good mental state, with guardian's consent to participate and sign the relevant informed consent form ?Self-reported or parent-reported normal vision or corrected-to-normal vision ?Effective use of the cochlear implant, with a CAP score of 5 or above. Adult Group: Inclusion Criteria: ?Ages above 18 years old, with bilateral cochlear implants or unilateral cochlear implant plus long-term use of a hearing aid on the opposite side, with more than 6 months of cochlear implant use ?Mandarin as the native language ?Good mental state, voluntarily participating and signing the relevant informed consent form ?Self-reported normal vision or corrected-to-normal vision ?Effective use of the cochlear implant, with a CAP score of 5 or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Any known language, cognitive, or motor disabilities. ?A history of brain injury. ?Any active external ear or middle ear diseases.
