Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age of the patient is 18-100 years old, male or female 2) Patients with a baseline NIHSS score of =5 and who were admitted to the hospital within 24 hours of onset 3) Cases with 90% data completeness reported in the database of Shanghai Stroke Prevention and Treatment Service System 4) all patients with intravenous thrombolysis; or patients who are not treated with thrombolytic therapy but have received bispecific antibody therapy Patients who have been hospitalized for stroke in the past have signed a remote informed consent form and are willing to participate in this study or have been included in the Shenkang-Stroke Cohort Database Construction Project (from the cohort data of the "Stroke Cohort Database Construction Project", a key support project for clinical research in the three-year action plan for promoting clinical skills and clinical innovation in municipal hospitals (2020-2022), and the data management party has carried out personal information desensitization and data encryption after data extraction. Request for a waiver of the patient's informed consent form from this section to sign. )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cardiogenic stroke 2) The onset of illness and the time of arrival at the hospital are more than 24 hours 3) The baseline NIHSS score was not filled 4) Failure to receive antiplatelet therapy as described in the protocol during hospitalization
