Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed by histology and cytology, or meet WeiJianWei promulgated the "regulations for primary liver cancer diagnosis and treatment of clinical diagnostic criteria (2019 edition) (chronic liver disease and the typical imaging characteristics, changes in AFP) of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 3. The BCLC stage for B or C, unable to surgical resection 4. at least one measurable lesion in the liver; 5. At least one leaf portal level branch of unobstructed; 6. Patients with Child-A liver function or Child-B liver function could reach Child-A after liver protection and nutritional rehydration; 7. In the eastern United States tumor group status score (ECOG PS) 2 or less; 8. Blood routine, biochemical and blood coagulation blood indexes such as normal; 9. No history of cardiovascular disease, previous heart kidney function is normal, not heart toxicity and kidney toxicity toxic drugs; Preoperative and postoperative patients, 10. Details about the advantages and disadvantages, patients and their family members voluntarily choose treatments and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy and lactation women. 2. Patients who have received previous treatment for liver cancer or portal vein tumor thrombus (including surgery, external beam radiotherapy, molecular targeted drugs, local ablation, TAI/TACE, etc.) 3. The tumor emboli extending into the superior mesenteric vein and (or) of spleen vein; And with hepatic vein, liver period of inferior vena cava tumor emboli or extrahepatic metastasis; (4) combined with diagnosed malignant tumors in other parts of the body; 5. Serious heart, lung, kidney, brain, and other important organs disorders; Active thyroid disease; 6. Merger TARE contraindicated: diffuse liver cancer or tumor volume accounts for 70% and above, refractory ascites, liver intrahepatic arteriovenous shunt high flow; Total bilirubin > 51 umol/L and (or) albumin < 28 g/L, after symptomatic treatment cannot improve; Complicated with active infections, especially biliary tract inflammation; Allergic to iodine, 7. The patient and/or family members agreed to take part in clinical trials.
