Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Including athletes who hold a national level two or above volleyball player certificate and amateur volleyball enthusiasts who participate in volleyball activities at least once a week; (2) No physical injuries in the past three months; (3) No significant psychological issues in the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Either athletes at least have a national level two or above volleyball player certificate or participating in volleyball activities at least once a week. (2)History of physical injuries within the last three months. (3)Presence of significant psychological issues in the past six months.
