Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the stroke diagnostic criteria formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; (2) Stroke confirmed by CT or magnetic resonance imaging; (3) Age 18-75 years old; (4) It is the first disease; (5) Lateral subcortical stroke with contralateral limb paralysis as assessed; (6) The course of the disease is within 1 to 9 months; (7) can complete at least 10m walking with assistance; (8) The patient had certain balance disorders (Berg balance scale 10s); (9) MMSE (10 < score < 27) and MoCA (score < 26) screening showed cognitive dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) non-first stroke; (2) frontal lobe injury; (3) Balance function and gait disorders caused by cerebellar, brain stem lesions or other diseases; (4) Have a history of epilepsy or family history; (5) Patients with metal implants or skull defects in the skull, with pacemakers and cochlear implants; (6) Attention deficit, unilateral neglect; (7) severe scalp dermatitis infection; (8) Patients were unable to complete the test due to various reasons during the test.
