Intervention Group:Provide individualized nutritional support based on nutritional assessment results, reassess nutritional status and acute radiation-induced oral mucositis weekly, and adjust dietary
Control Group:Patients are fed according to their appetites and desires and are not provided with additional intensive nutritional counseling or education recommendations.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Patients who will receive primary radiotherapy at our hospital; 3. Aged 18-75 years 4. Have a Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score of =70; 5. Have no significant hepatic or renal disease, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, or severe endocrine or metabolic disease that would interfere with the patient's ability to receive primary radiotherapy; 6. Be able to communicate in normal language or writing; 7. Be willing to cooperate with the researchers in the assessment of nutritional status and quality of life, and comply with the requirements of the study; 8. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma ; 2. Having distant metastasis; 3. With mental illness, intellectual disability, or other physical or psychological disorders that may lead to cognitive dysfunction; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
