Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Quantitative research: (1) Age 18-60; (2) Confirmed stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) by clinical diagnosis or imaging examination; (3) The onset time is more than 1 month; (4) The Simple Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) score =24 (adjusted according to education level); (5) Basic ability to read and answer questionnaires; (6) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent. Qualitative research: (1) Basic understanding, expression and recall skills; (2) Have a certain understanding of the research topic and are willing to share their own experiences; (3) The questionnaire in quantitative research is completed carefully and completely, which can provide necessary background information; Patients participated voluntarily and signed informed consent.ed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Other Psychiatric Disorders: History of other psychiatric disorders such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. ? Severe Cognitive Impairment: Assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) with a score below 24. ? Informed Consent: Inability to provide informed consent due to cognitive or language barriers.
