Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?2024.03-2025.02 Elderly frail patients undergoing general anesthesia and non-cardiac surgery in the Third People's Hospital of Zigong City. ?Patients aged 65 years, gender and ASA grade ~. ?Preoperative Frail frailty assessment scale scores from 3 to 5 points, that is, in a weak state.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who do not agree with the participants; Dementia, mental disorders or communication disorders (such as severe speech, hearing, visual impairment, etc.); Important organ function failure, myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, stroke; Cardiac, intracranial, and emergency surgery; Having undergone more than one operation during the hospitalization; Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or gastric motility drugs within 10 days before admission; Participating in other clinical trials;; not cooperating with the treatment; Other reasons for not suitable for this study.
