Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo Grade III-IV surgery; 2. Braden score is greater than 18 points; 3. Patients receiving general anesthesia; 4. Stable vital signs; 5, the patient's primary school education level or above; 6. Informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with existing stress injury; 2. Patients with severe skin injury before surgery; 3. Patients with severe infection or inflammation; 4. Patients with pregnancy, mental illness, allergies and other conditions.
