Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the patients is between 18 and 60 years old, and each group is half male and half female; (2) Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria, the first diagnosis is type 2 diabetes and belongs to the type of qi and yin deficiency, and have not yet developed diabetic complications; (3) Those with complete medical record information, including but not limited to: name, gender, age, time of treatment, 4 diagnosis information, western medicine diagnosis, traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, prescription medication, etc; (4) with a complete and continuous medical records, the number of visits is greater than or equal to two times, the patient's clinical symptoms improved after treatment or the results of laboratory tests have changed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with diabetic complications, liver and kidney function damage, cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor, mental and psychological diseases; (2) Acute complications of diabetes or infection within the last month; (3) those who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Those who do not take medicine regularly and have incomplete information.
