Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age ranged from 4 to 12 months. All patients were diagnosed as congenital TCS by MRI, CT and X-ray. 2. Were the first operation, and postoperative vital signs were stable. 3. Family members volunteered to participate in this study, willing to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with complex malformations. 2. Poor compliance of family members. 3. The family members of the children required to withdraw from the experiment.
