Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All surgeries were performed by the same team of physicians; 2. All were left with neck drains after surgery; 3. No cognitive dysfunction; 4. Patients and their families voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Violation of medical ethics; 2. Confounding factors that may affect the results; 3. Patients with poor compliance; 4. Critically ill patients; 5. Those who are unable to cooperate with the questionnaire; 6. Patients with incomplete information; 7. Those who suffer from other research illnesses.
