Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: obese children aged 6-17
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Those with a history of alcohol consumption; ?Those who did not provide samples; ?Those with incomplete clinical data; ?Those with insufficient sample retention; ?Those with other diseases such as infectious diseases, allergic diseases, and type 2 diabetes; ?Those with chronic intestinal inflammation, acute intestinal inflammation, or undergoing gastrointestinal surgery within one month before sample collection; ?Those who have used gastrointestinal motility drugs, hormonal preparations, aminoglycoside antibiotics, microecological living bacterial preparations, prebiotics, probiotics, and other drugs or preparations that may interfere with the normal intestinal microecology within one month before sample collection.
