Transnasal humidified rapid-insufflation ventilatory exchange group(A group):Doctors use nasal humidification rapid ventilation exchange ventilation to maintain normal oxygen saturation in patients
Pressure controlled ventilation group (Group B):Doctors use pressure control mode to maintain normal oxygen saturation in patients (pressure is 15cmH2O)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?ASA classification ?-?; ?Patients undergoing laparoscopic gallbladder surgery under elective general anaesthesia; ?Age 18-60 years old; ?18kg/m²=BMI=30kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?People with combined dysfunction of heart, liver, brain, lungs and other important organs; ?Pre-operative predictable respiratory diseases, facial pathology, nasopharyngeal injuries or diseases; ?It is impossible to obtain gastric images by ultrasound; ?People with abnormalities of cervical vertebrae morphology or structure.
