Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (1) they were diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke by a neurologist at our hospital, based on clinical symptoms and brain imaging (CT or MRI) results, and contacted the emergency number 120 or directly reached our hospital for intravenous thrombolysis; (2) they or their family members signed an informed consent form; (3) they were able to participate in the relevant assessment scales.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients who received bridging therapy (such as mechanical thrombectomy) after intravenous thrombolysis or were lost to follow-up.
