Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with arteriovenous fistula for the first time, no other serious visceral diseases; (2) Expected life cycle > 6 months; (3) No cognitive impairment or communication impairment; (4) All participated with informed consent and signed informed consent; (5) arteriovenous fistula blood flow > 500ml/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Totally uncooperative with medical care, patients with poor compliance; (2) Patients requiring lidocaine gel during puncture; (3) Patients with dialysis frequency < 2 times/week.
