Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients undergoing interventional surgery for airway stenosis in the respiratory department of our hospital 2: Patients aged 18-80 years old 3: BMI 18~28 kg/m2 4: ASA physical status I~ III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Acute bleeding in the larynx and trachea 2: Acute respiratory infection 3: People with active tuberculosis 4: Unable to place the supporting laryngoscope sheath due to head tilt limitation 5: History of myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction 6: Respiratory and circulatory failure were present 7: Severe liver and kidney dysfunction 8: History of allergy to narcotic drugs
