Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? The incidence of the first ischemic stroke was in accordance with the clinical guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018 Diagnostic criteria; (2) Ischemic stroke with unilateral cortical and subcortical lesions confirmed by imaging; ? The duration of the disease was 2 weeks to 3, Age: 40 to 75 years old; (4) There is coughing with drinking water and the depression drinking water test is =3, there is abnormal swallowing; ? The condition is stable, meaning, Clear and able to follow instructions, can cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and examination evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Patients with abnormal oral, pharyngeal and esophageal structures, previous oral and pharyngeal and (or) neck surgery history or other diseases caused by swallowing disorders; ? Patients with severe aphasia and cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate; ? Patients with unstable vital signs, severe infection, fever, electrolyte disturbance, unstable arrhythmia, and bleeding tendency; Patients with serious heart disease or other medical conditions
