The observation group:The participants in the observation group underwent a 4-week positive psychological intervention program based on the PERMA model. A total of 59 women enrolled in the TOPFA progr
The control group:Participants in the control group were subject to a standard intervention plan. This plan was primarily executed by gynecologists and nurses, tailored to each patients specific needs

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Gestational age =12 weeks; ? Age =20 years; ? Diagnosis of a severe fetal malformation, or confirmed intrauterine fetal death, or confirmed missed abortion.; ? Normal cognitive function and the ability to independently complete the questionnaire.; ? Willingness to participate and signing of an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria
