Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PPD positive (excluding BCG vaccination) or IGRA positive or EC positive; 2. No symptoms of active tuberculosis (fever, cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, fatigue, night sweats, chest pain, weight loss, loss of appetite, etc.) ; 3. No focus of tuberculosis was found on imaging; 4. Sputum was bacteriologically negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude infants and young children under 1 year of age; 2. Pregnant and lactating women or women planning a 2-year pregnancy; 3. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection was excluded; 4. Patients with abnormal or impaired liver or renal function; 5. People with epilepsy or other mental illness; 6. An alcoholic, drug addict, etc.; 7. Patients who are unwilling to provide personal information or whose clinical samples can not be utilized.
